The agenda offers a clear overview of past and future sessions. New sessions or changes to existing sessions are automatically implemented at individual file level.
Link your personal agenda to the QIT agenda to keep track of your availability. Or share your agenda with colleagues at your practice.
Templatedocuments
Easily create documents from the available templates. Relevant information about the client, yourself, your organization and the care process is automatically entered.
Creating your own templates or uploading and sharing your own documents is also possible.
Clients can also upload documents via the client portal and exchange them with you in a secure manner.
Overview of sessionsand invoicing
The session overview provides a clear picture of relevant indicators of your sessions in a certain period: date, price, payment status, etc. This overview can be exported to share with, for example, accounting or the healthcare network.
