Easily find your way around the digital file cabinet thanks to the search function and the option to bundle and label files. Make an inventory of all relevant personal and treatment information about the client per file. Family members and other care figures can be linked to a file, either passively (by adding their data) or actively (by giving them access to certain program activities).

Filesshare and transfer
Share your files with other healthcare providers involved in the care pathway. Or safely transfer them when referring to a colleague. Clients always have a transparent view of who has access to their file from which role.
In accordance with thequality law and GDPR
The EPD meets all substantive and functional requirements described in the Quality Act. Archived files remain accessible at all times to comply with the legally determined retention period of 30 years. All data is stored on European servers and processed in accordance with the GDPR rules.

Chat & eHealthBox
Communicate with your clients, stakeholders and fellow care providers via the chat box in QIT. Thanks to smart notifications, everyone is informed correctly and timely about new messages.
A link with the eHealthbox will soon be provided, with which you can - with your client's permission - securely exchange documents and messages with general practitioners, psychiatrists, specialists, etc. in Belgium.
Clientportaal
Optionally give your clients a client account to grant them secure access to their file. Clients can add or update personal information in their file, monitor their progress and communicate securely with you.
Sensitive information such as notes or treatment information is not visible to the client. Reports and documents can be shared securely.

Ourusersspeaking
As a user of QIT, I can wholeheartedly recommend the platform. As a therapist, it offers me a nice combination: clear file information, a useful means of communication with the client, a multitude of materials to follow the therapy process and various modules to specifically support the work with clients.

What I find particularly useful about the digital filing cabinet is that everything comes together. Clients sometimes ask a question by email or send a message, there are session notes, reports or other documents such as reimbursement from the health insurance fund. This all comes together in one central place, instead of having to look for it everywhere

Now that the digital aspect is being discussed more and the Quality Act is being rolled out, we would like to make the switch to a high-quality filing system. We feel that QIT meets these requirements, without losing sight of our own quality requirements.
