QIT forhospitals
At QIT we are ready to support hospitals in the rollout of blended care pathways. The traditional offering is enriched with a range of digital tools: systematic pathway monitoring, online psychodiagnostics, process and outcome monitoring and online self-help modules.
An innovation project is currently underway, with support from the Federal Public Service Health, in three hospitals.
Blended care pathways contribute to better flow and collaboration within the healthcare network. They also promote the involvement and self-motivation of patients and the care offering is better tailored to their specific care needs. A better insight into relevant process and outcome indicators helps to improve the quality of psychological care.
Care processescustom
Centralize all care activities in a clear process that chronologically shows how the unique treatment process of each patient takes shape. Select the appropriate digital building blocks to ensure that the blended process optimally meets everyone's healthcare needs and possibilities. Document the activities with notes and attachments to paint a complete picture of the care journey.
Online psychodiagnostiek & monitoring
The QIT library contains more than 150 digital questionnaires for psychodiagnostics and monitoring. Reports are automatically generated with standardized scores, evolution graphs and crucial process and outcome parameters. Keep a close eye on the pulse thanks to the predefined sequences with pre-selected questionnaires that are offered to patients and their care network in a specific order.
Onlineself-help
Reinforce therapy gains and intensify change processes by adding online self-help to the treatment offering. QIT has developed various modules that are built around a number of transdiagnostic processes, which everyone will have to deal with sooner or later. Because patients can complete these modules independently, they can also be used in the preliminary phase of treatment - to give the waiting period a clinically relevant interpretation - or in the follow-up phase - to improve the continuity of care.
Quality policy
Gain more insight into relevant indicators that help improve the existing healthcare offering. Clear reports capture the overarching data at department and hospital level. This 'practice-based evidence' provides a solid basis for identifying best practices, identifying improvement opportunities and developing strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of care.
