Wat ik vooral handig vind aan de digitale dossierkast is dat alles tesamen komt. Cliënten stellen soms een vraag via mail of sturen een berichtje, er zijn sessienotities, verslagen of andere documenten zoals terugbetaling van de mutualiteit. Dat komt allemaal samen op één centrale plek, in plaats van dat je het overal bijeen moet gaan zoeken
