3 Subscales: Physical Concerns, Social Concerns, Cognitive Concerns
Scores
Items are rated on a 5-point scale (0-4).
Total score: sum of all item scores.
Subscale scores: sum of item scores for relevant subscales.
Reliability of change: Reliable Change Index.
Standards
3 standard categories: low, medium, high.
Norm group: clinical population.
