First-line care providers are often the first point of contact for those who have questions or concerns about mental health. It is not self-evident to provide appropriate psychological care, tailored to everyone's specific request for help and care needs.
QIT offers a range of online self-help modules to stimulate recovery or change and strengthen mental well-being.

The modules are built around a number of transdiagnostic processes that everyone will have to deal with sooner or later, such as dealing with stress, searching for meaning, developing self-compassion and tapping into hope and resilience. Through psycho-education, illustrative videos, reflection assignments, exercises, etc., people are encouraged to roll up their sleeves and work on their personal growth and recovery.
Groeien in relaties
In deze module helpen we cliënten zich bewust te worden van hoe ze zich verhouden tot anderen. Ze verkennen in welke mate er tegemoet gekomen is aan hun relationele behoeften en op welke manier dit hun huidige contacten kleurt. We helpen hen om meer authentieke, diepgaande en vervullende relaties met anderen aan te gaan.

In verbinding
Deze module is bedoeld voor jongeren op weg te helpen om zich sociaal beter in hun vel te voelen en meer te vertrouwen op zichzelf. Ze ontdekken hoe ze comfortabel kunnen omgaan met anderen en krijgen oefeningen aangereikt om hun verlegenheid en sociale angst stap voor stap te overwinnen.
