Scores
Items are rated on a 5-point scale (1-5).
Total score: average of all item scores.
Subscale scores: average of item scores for relevant subscales.
Reliability of change: Reliable Change Index.
Standards
5 standard categories: below average, average, above average, high, very high.
Norm group: non-clinical population.
