Stinckens & Smits (2012). Inspired by Client Change Interview (Elliott, Slatick and Urman (2001), Dutch version (Franssens & Stinckens, 2007).

Goal

Probes for positive, negative and desired changes, questions causes of change and important change mechanisms.

Scales

8 subscales: klachten & symptomen; hanteren van problemen; lichamelijk welbevinden; emoties & belevingen; gedachten, ideeën & inzichten; manier van omgaan met zichzelf; relationeel functioneren; hoop & toekomstperspectief.

Scores

Items are assessed using a visual analogue scale (0-10).

Instructions

The intention of this questionnaire is for you to reflect on what has changed for you since the start of your therapy, what you would like to see changed and how the changes came about. For some questions you need to express your opinion, thoughts or experience in your own words. For other questions you will be offered answer options and you can indicate which answer most applies to you.
