Stinckens & Smits (2012). Inspired by Client Change Interview (Elliott, Slatick and Urman (2001), Dutch version (Franssens & Stinckens, 2007).

Goal

Probes for positive, negative and desired changes, questions causes of change and important change mechanisms.

Scales

8 subscales: emoties & belevingen, gedachten, ideeën & inzichten, hanteren van problemen, klachten & symptomen, lichamelijk welbevinden, manier van omgaan met zichzelf, relationeel functioneren, toekomstperspectief & zingeving.

Scores

Items are assessed based on visual analogy scales (0-10).
