This questionnaire measures the somatic and emotional symptoms that often occur in central sensitization syndrome (CSS).

Part A items are graded on a 5-point scale (0 to 4). Total score: sum of all item scores.
Standards
5 standard categories: subclinical, mild, moderate, severe, extreme. Norm group: non-clinical population. The cut-off score for this screening is 40 or higher.
