Instructions
This questionnaire contains statements about your personal preferences and behavior. You are supposed to indicate each time to what extent a statement applies to you. You must indicate which formulation best describes how characteristic or uncharacteristic each statement is for you. Important: Some statements may describe situations that you are not familiar with. In that case, you should imagine as best you can how you would behave in such a situation and choose your answer based on that. If you are at school or studying, you should view statements about work as statements about school/education.
