4 subscales: Anorectische preoccupatie, Boulimisch gedrag, Seksualiteit, Psychosociale aanpassing.
Scores
Items are scored on a 4-point scale (0-6).Total score: sum of all item scores.Subscale scores: sum of the relevant item scores per subscale.
Standards
3 standard categories: no eating disorder, eating disorder, extreme eating disorder.
