Scores
Items are rated on a 5-point scale (0-4).
Total score: sum of all item scores.
Subscale scores: sum of item scores for relevant subscales.
Standards
3 standard categories: low, medium, high.
Norm group: non-clinical population.
Instructions
When things go wrong in our lives or don't turn out the way we hoped, and we feel like we could have done better, we sometimes have negative and self-critical thoughts and feelings. This may involve feelings of worthlessness, uselessness or inferiority, etc.
