Goal
Measures 4 areas of functioning: individual functioning, interpersonal relationships, extent to which one can fulfill social role & general well-being.
Scales
4 subscales: Individueel functioneren (persoonlijk welbevinden), Relationeel functioneren (relaties met familie en intieme vrienden), Sociaal functioneren (werk, opleiding en sociale contacten), Algeheel functioneren (algemeen welbevinden).
Scores
Items are assessed based on visual analogy scale (0-100).Subscale score is the score on the subscale in question.Total score is the sum of 4 subscale scores.
Standards
Dutch-speaking clinical population (outpatient setting).
