Goal

Questions thoughts, ideas and ways of dealing with a panic attack

Scales

3 subscales: anticipatie, coping, consequenties (somatisch, sociaal, controleverlies).

Scores

Items are assessed based on visual analogy scale (0-100).
Total score: average of all item scores.
Subscale scores: average of item scores for relevant subscales.
Reliability of change: Reliable Change Index.

Standards

6 standard categories: very low, low, below average, above average, high, very high.
Norm group: non-clinical population.

Instructions

For each of the 15 situations below, please indicate how likely you think you are to have a panic attack (not just anxiety). Use the slider for this. For example, if you think you would be very anxious on an airplane, but you are also sure that you would not have a panic attack, place the check mark on the far left slider.

The likelihood of you having a panic attack may depend on special circumstances in each situation. Therefore, in each situation, imagine circumstances that are most difficult for you. For example, if you estimate the risk of a panic attack in a department store to be particularly high if the floors are shiny, or if the store has flickering fluorescent lighting, then assume that these aspects are present for this situation.
