Screens for subclinical psychotic symptoms

Items are scored for the presence of symptoms (0 or 1) and the extent to which the person is bothered by the symptoms in question (0-3).
Total score = sum of all item scores on the first dimension.
Distress score = sum of all item scores on the second dimension.
Standards
Cut-off score based on Dutch clinical population (patients with DSM diagnosis).
