Scores
Items are rated on a 4-point scale (0,1,3,5). Total score: sum of all item scores. Subscale scores: sum of item scores for relevant subscales.
Standards
4 standard categories: subclinical, mild reaction, severe reaction, severe reaction. Norm group: non-clinical population.
