Scales
4 subscales: klachten, sociale relaties, tevredenheid over de behandeling en therapeutische relatie.
Scores
Items are assessed based on visual analogy scale (0-100).
Subscale scores: sum of item scores for relevant subscales.
Reliability of change: Reliable Change Index.
Standards
3 standard categories: below average, average, above average.
Instructions
In this short questionnaire we reflect on the evolution of your complaints and relationships and we examine how you experienced the last therapy session and what the relationship with your therapist feels like.
