Goal
Gauges the quality of the therapeutic contact
Scales
2 subscales: contactschaal (emotionele band), contractschaal (overeenstemming over doelen en taken).
Scores
Items are rated on a 5-point scale (1-5).
Total score: average of all item scores.
Subscale scores: average of item scores for relevant subscales.
Reliability of change: Reliable Change Index.
Standards
4 standard categories: problematic, potentially problematic, good, excellent.
Standard group: clients in outpatient and residential treatment.
Instructions
The following pages provide a number of descriptions of the ways in which people may think or feel about the relationship with their care provider.
Under each statement there are five answer options: 1) Rarely or never 2) Sometimes 3) Often 4) Very often 5) Always If the statement indicates how you always feel (or how you always think) about the relationship with your care provider, check the answer option ALWAYS.
If it rarely or never applies, check the answer option RARELY OR NEVER.
Use the alternatives in between to describe the variations between these extremes.
